I’ve got bad intentions and I’ve got good excuses.

Ich bin erschöpft. Mir fehlt die Kraft.
Bin müde, Energie mangelhaft.
Ich muss immer funktionieren, mich ständig beweisen.
Die Gedanken werden laut, sie kreisen und kreisen.
Die Angst vorm Scheitern erdrückt mich von innen,
die Schlacht meiner Erwartungen kann ich nie gewinnen.
Ich greif’ nach den Sternen, Handflächen voll Staub.
Mein Herz schreit nach Hilfe, meine Seele ist taub.
Selbstwert wird schwächer, die Selbstzweifel stärker,
